So, I’ve had 2 classes this year with Julie at All About Dance, and that girl is kicking my ass this year! I LOVE IT! I’m so excited to finally get going with everything she wants to do this year especially with all the broadway type dance she’s going to incorporate AND more cardio in our warm ups. It’s awesome! Will update next week!

sigh I just can’t seem to concentrate this week so far…

#1 – i dunno who’s playing Bach or Beethoven or whatever, but it’s really loud.
#2 – it was a long weekend, and i don’t feel like i got the chance to rest and renew after Annapolooza.

It was an amazing time tho. I loved seeing all our friends who we don’t see NEARLY often enough. It was really great to see Wendy and her preggo belly. She and Andy are so happy to become parents. Mike (aka @bigwax on twitter) was amazing as usual. I was just dissappointed that i didnt get to see his sister, brother or sister-in-law. Yesica is preggo too and due only 2 days before Wendy, kinda freaky when you know that Mike, Chris (twins) & Andy were all born on the same day. (altho, Andy is a year older i believe). Anyway, i was VERY happily surprised to see Liz & Meghan. I had so much fun. I wish we could all get together more often, but it’s hard since about half of them live in California. Oh well.

So, Vic just finished up his interview in Bethesda at ProFunds. He said it went really well and that he will know by the end of the week. I really don’t want to move again. I feel like I’m finally getting settled here and starting to make friends, I’m settled into my job and my parents will be moving down before the end of the year. I don’t want to move. I don’t want to have to look for another job, and I don’t want to have to make new friends, and I don’t want to be 3 hours away from my parents. I’d like them within just a few minutes for when we have a family. I don’t know what to do. I guess there’s nothing to do until we know if Vic gets the job offer. He’s already got one with BOA and I think that he should take it, especially since he’s planning on going to school in the fall. That’ll give him the flexibility for school and work too.

I’m so confused…

This isn’t wedding related but it’s bothering me.

At times I don’t feel like I belong here. I feel like I did in High School where I had my few friends and everyone else thought I was weird. I don’t like the way that Adam always whispers when he’s talking to Ben or Jessica. It really makes me feel like he’s talking about me and bad mouthing me to other people. I’m sorry, but if you have a problem with me, act like an ADULT and talk TO me not ABOUT me to others! It’s really frustrating and really pissing me off. I’m to the point where I want to just walk up to him and say that to his f-ing face. Then, I want to slap him. ARGH! Bye.

Another day, another …. whatever. I am so stressed out lately, I don’t know what to do with myself. I joined the Atlantis Fitness Center over the weekend and had my first free personal training session yesterday. I have to say that I did feel better after working out for an hour and I’m looking forward to my other free session. I may possibly buy a package of sessions depending on how much it is. I’d like to be able to work out something with the trainer where I can meet with him maybe once a month, work out on my own twice a week or so and then when we meet again he can move me up to the next level or whatever. Anyway, I still gotta look at the class schedule too. Thank God the week is almost over. I’m exhausted. It’s been a rough week for me. I gotta get back into studying for my Series 7, which (as of now) I’m planning on taking on Feb 25. I haven’t opened my window or scheduled the test yet. I don’t want to do that till I’m 100% sure I’m ready. It’s gonna be really hard with school and stuff starting in 2 weeks. And I have to do a bunch of stuff for the wedding soon too. It’s coming close to that point where I gotta do food tastings and stuff. I need to call Sadie too for some voice lessons if I’m going to sing. Gotta find out if we’re gonna take dance lessons….OMG! OVERWHELMED……MUST……STOP…..*CRASH*!

OK…how did it get to be the end of September already!??!

School started on the 6th, then we had Rosh Hashanah so there were no classes on Thursday, and now we’re into week 2.

I’m so tired right now, I feel like my eyes are all puffy and whatever. I’ll be so happy when school is over and I finally graduate! Then I won’t have to worry about this crap! I’m almost there…9 more months…then it’s 5 months to the wedding and I’ll have all the free time in the world! It’s crazy. In only 12 and a half months, everything that I’ve been working toward for the last year or so will be over. I won’t know what to do with myself! Right now, I only see it as a relief. I’ll actually be able to start dancing again, and maybe find a local theatre group to do shows with! OMG! What a concept! An acting student who actually gets to act! LOL

Well, I guess that’s all for now. I’m gonna head out to lunch.

Monday – August 27,2007

Another Monday at work. The first day of the last week of the month. It’ll be busy so I’ll make this quick.

Last week (8/18/07) we met with the Pastor at South Salem Presbyterian Church and finalized that we will have our ceremony there. I absolutely love Pastor Nadine. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. She said that she would email us some questions that she wanted us to think about that we would go over in our next meeting.

Once we were done there we went across the street to see Megan and also to set up the rehearsal dinner. Vic had told me that he wanted it at her restaraunt. I think that’s a great idea. The food is really great and the atmosphere is very cozy and homey. It’s a good match for us for the rehearsal.

Since our wedding is on Sunday we decided to have the rehearsal on Friday night rather than Saturday (also because the church is used for Catholic mass Saturday night). We decided that Saturday will be a day to rest before the big day. I think I might try to set up a spa day with the girls and my mom and Angela. I’ll call Epidavros to see if they have a group rate or something.

Well, that’s all I have time for now. The phone will probably ~~stary~~ start ringing off the hook pretty soon seeing as it’s almost 11.

So, we had our engagement party on Saturday. It turned out well. It was a crazy day…weekend really. I got up at 8:15 Sat morning so I could go to the salon and get my nails done and get home by 10:30 am so we could get dressed and leave by 11:45 so we could get to the restaurant early. Megan got lost…shocker! But everyone showed up. We acutally got a lot of gifts. I was surprised that people bought us gifts like that. To be honest I was really only expecting checks or gift cards.

I opened the HSBS online savings account yesterday. They are still pending Vic’s portion of the application. That’s probably because my legal residence is still in NY and his is NJ. At least they said that the over all application is approved. They will contact Vic via email or phone to get the information they need.

Anway, it was a good party and I’m glad everyone showed up. Now it’s time to do the thank you cards. I just need to pick up some more.
